    For Kertiles, I planned and managed targeted email campaigns from concept to send — writing clear, engaging copy, designing custom graphics, and editing event photos to keep each message fresh and on-brand. Using Mailchimp, I built segmented audience lists, created automated journeys for different customer groups, and ran A/B tests to refine subject lines and content for maximum impact.

    Each campaign highlighted new collections, company updates, or special events, helping Kertiles connect meaningfully with customers and industry partners. On average, these emails achieved open rates 10–15% above industry standards, strengthening engagement and growing brand awareness.
